We don’t recommend renting a car for your visit – you can grab a cab at the airport or take the Link light rail to the Westlake station (35 minutes/$3) and you’re 4 blocks from the condo. If you do drive, there’s a parking garage half a block away with competitive overnight rates. Awesome Apt. Near Seattle Center & Amazon Campus.

Near Seattle Center (see events, section below). Amazon, Key Arena, Gates Foundation & Chihuly Glass Museum are at the bottom of the hill. We're at the top facing south near the primary view lookout. Space Needle, Seattle skyline, Mount Rainier, Sunrise & Sunset views nearby. Atop a private home in a quiet neighborhood with a very good walk score. Many restaurants (some among the most highly rated) & coffee shops withinin short walking distance. Downtown (15min) bus stop is one short block away.

Private Studio in Classic 1902 Capitol Hill Home

At the top of Capitol Hill, my home hosts a self contained private studio ~310 sq ft. with your own private front door, queen bed, small kitchen, 3/4 bath and back deck with koi pond viewing. Enjoy short walks to shops and restaurants all around Capitol Hill and/or walk or take the light rail to downtown Seattle. Free parking is provided in the Diamond Parking Lot right around the corner from the house (about 100 feet away). You are welcome to use the driveway for loading and unloading.

1 bedroom apartment with large kitchen facing a view of the Seattle Great Wheel and Elliott Bay, gorgeous night-time views and a small balcony for morning coffee or tea.
