The villa was absolutely beautiful. There were stunning views of the sunset each evening. The location of the villa was very tranquil - but at the same time also only a quick drive into Zadar if you wish to do more touristy activities - the best of both worlds. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. All in all I would highly recommend booking this villa.

We stayed in Croatia, rented an apartment in Ivan, we were very satisfied! The apartment is clean, everything is as pictured, the beach is literally 10 meters away, there are two wonderful cafes nearby. Free umbrellas and sunbeds are provided on the beach, which was very convenient. Host Ivan was always in touch, allowed to use the grill on the premises, where there is a comfortable large table for alfresco lunches and dinners. Free parking was a nice bonus. The only thing missing was a corkscrew, but we bought it and left it for other guests. It would also be handy to have a microwave to warm up food and a broom with a scoop so you can clean up a bit as sand is applied from the beach. But it's not critical. Otherwise, everything is great, we recommend it!
