No electricity or running water, but there is access to the sanitary facilities at the municipal campsite, which is 10 metres away. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

My partner is a guide for tours of the bay on foot, by kayak or by paddleboard. The house offers two large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. In St Jean-le-Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with a view of Mont St Michel and the Champeaux cliffs Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the shed. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

Also, we live 2 km from Dragey beach, 500 m from the horse racing training center. We have walking paths along the coast and from the village. It is possible to take advantage of the high tides, to cross the bay...
