In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly in order to preserve the estate, it has been decided to partly convert this into an atmospheric B&B Come stay with the cozy hostess who welcomes you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible.

Mansion/City Villa (for groups)

(8-16 people) This 1935 detached Townhouse is located right in the center of Emmen just a few minutes walk from nightlife, station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. You rent the entire upper apartment and part of the lower apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. Are you with less? Then please send a message before booking. Final cleaning at an additional cost if desired

Gastenverblijf 't Fraterhuisje with hot tub & sauna

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and come enjoy a relaxing stay. You will be staying in a former chapel, with a private terrace including a hot tub and a barrel sauna. Our guest house is designed with your comfort in mind, with a box spring bed and a labradoodle chair by the pellet stove. In addition, we offer all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Center and station within walking distance.

As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. Excellent base for wonderful cycling and hiking trips. As well as business overnight stays, as you are a 5-minute drive from the A-7 towards various major cities. We provide a luxurious, varied breakfast, using fresh local products and of course the fresh free-range eggs from our own chickens

The Buitenlokaal -Genieten of peace and nature in a brand new apartment in our converted school just outside Dwingeloo. The cottage is located in the former director's room, which has been sustainably converted into a luxury space for up to 6 people. (+ possibly 2 infants) The tourist villages of Dwingeloo and Diever are within cycling distance. You will stay near various nature reserves where you can cycle and walk for kilometers.

In the hamlet of Ruinen, you will find this tastefully renovated field barn. The barn house is located at the back on a plot of 1400 m2 and offers plenty of privacy. The guest house is located a stone's throw away from the brink and the Dwingelderveld National Park. The interior has been carefully designed based on comfort and atmosphere. Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.
