Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Hi there! I rent out a 54 m² attic apartment (3rd floor) with a large balcony and views of the Lugberg and, with good visibility, to Saxon Switzerland. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people and is fully equipped. It has 1 bedroom (double bed) and a living room with TV, sitting area and a sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m). The kitchen has a stove, microwave, sitting area and includes everything necessary for cooking or baking. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.

Our large vacation home is located directly on the lake and offers space for up to 10 people to spend holidays with friends and family. The vacation home was opened for you in December 2022. The quiet location of the house allows a homely atmosphere from the beginning.

The apartment is divided into 2 rooms of the same size. The living room is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people. On the large balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have a great view. In front of the house there is a parking space at your disposal. There is also a charging station available (for an extra charge). You can use the Wi-Fi free of charge. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the second floor.

Hi, We offer you your own small, fine 2-room attic Apartment. 1- 2 adults can comfortably fit here. Families are welcome – whether in an extra cot or on another 1.40 m mattress or the cosy couch. We have to confess - everything is still a bit provisional, colourfully thrown together & we will only be swinging the paintbrush in the course of the year - but anyone who wants to stay in an affordable & tidy place at short notice is very welcome!
