Come and visit our studio apartment! We are renting out our recently converted guest apartment, which features a large kitchen-diner, a large bedroom, a small children's bedroom, a work area, access to the garden, and a very nice bathroom... You can expect plenty of DIY projects, and there is a shared workshop sauna. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Elbe and not far from Schillerplatz with the blue wonder. There are convenient bus and tram services to the city centre within about 3 minutes.

Cosy apartment with small Finnish sauna, in the conservatory. Quietly located in the trendy "Neustadt" district, overlooking the green courtyard. The living room and bedroom has a large loft bed, with comfortable access, a cozy couch, plus a table, chairs and a wardrobe. A small eat-in kitchen offers space for several people and is connected to the conservatory. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Parking spaces are in the public space. Good public transport connections.

The "Forsthaus Bielatal": The apartment is located in a sunny secluded location on the 1.5 hectare forest property of the Saxon royal Oberförsterei Reichstein. The listed house was converted into a very special holiday property with 5 apartments (fully equipped incl. kitchen & bathroom) and an additional common room. You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.

To the Rauenstein FW 1 (upper floor)

Our house with 2 apartments is located on a 2000 sqm property in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly on the famous Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe cycle path, the ferry dock, the adventure pool and restaurants. Good starting point for hiking, biking, as well as for visits to castles and palaces as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away. From here you can reach the cultural city of Dresden in 30 minutes.

Feel-good Apartment Lösnitzgrund

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

This unique place has a style all its own. In the listed ensemble, 3 apartments are lovingly prepared in Boho style with sauna and cold water plunge pool in the garden. There are also terraces and a barbecue garden kitchen. 2 km from the city center of the beautiful historic town of Pirna, which forms the gateway to Saxon Switzerland and the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The apartments are fully furnished for 8 people. A crib and highchair are available.

Are you looking for a charming apartment in a villa area that is still centrally located? Our apartment is located 10 minutes from Dresden city center/main train station. Public transport is outside the door. You can easily explore all the sights. Despite the proximity to the hustle and bustle, you are surrounded by nature in the countryside. Pets are welcome here. Garden / sauna / hot tub for relaxation, parking and e-charging station available.

The sauna is ready. The forest house is a retreat for peace, relaxation and pure nature, with great views. Here you can relax and forget about everyday life. The fireplace, infrared sauna (for 2 people), barbecue area and terrace make for a pure nature vacation. The Malerweg, the Forststeig nearby. From 4/1/25 we have the "guest card mobile" so that all bus connections and ferry can be used free of charge. Ideal for dogs - 1000 m² fenced.

This luxurious, stylish and spacious four-room maisonette apartment is located in a newly and comprehensively renovated multi-family villa, designed in the style of a 'house within a house' with a separate entrance. Arrive and feel good in approx. 150 sqm! Thanks to our central location, you can reach public transport in just 3 minutes' walk and be in the trendy Neustadt district and the city centre in 15–20 minutes.

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour.
