The kitchen has a stove, microwave, sitting area and includes everything necessary for cooking or baking. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.

On the large balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have a great view. In front of the house there is a parking space at your disposal. There is also a charging station available (for an extra charge). You can use the Wi-Fi free of charge. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the second floor.
