In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. Live the experience of a country house without its constraints! I will be sure to share my best food spots and my favorite secondhand shops!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. La Bérangère

La Bérangère is located in Romainvilliers, a small hamlet in the municipality of Escorpain. The house is ideally located 15 minutes from Dreux, 35 minutes from Chartres and its superb Gothic cathedral, 1 hour from Paris, and just over an hour from Giverny, the place of residence of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Visiting the Giverny Gardens is a delight. A Leclerc hypermarket is 5 km from the cottage in Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets.
