In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

La Bérangère is located in Romainvilliers, a small hamlet in the municipality of Escorpain. The house is ideally located 15 minutes from Dreux, 35 minutes from Chartres and its superb Gothic cathedral, 1 hour from Paris, and just over an hour from Giverny, the place of residence of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Visiting the Giverny Gardens is a delight. A Leclerc hypermarket is 5 km from the cottage in Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets.
