High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. The apartment is a 3min walk to the tram 9 station where you can comfortably get to the airport & the city in 20-25min. Back at your apartment, you can leave the huste & bustle of the city behind, cooking meals in peace in the kitchen. Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Oasis on the Zürichberg

Tastefully furnished flat on the Zürichberg near the Grandhotel Dolder. Quiet location in the countryside with garden seating area. Just outside the city centre. Close to Dolderbahn and public transport. From the Römerhof it takes about 15 minutes to walk up the hill. With the Dolderbahn from Römerhof to "Waldhaus", then it is only 5 minutes to the flat. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity for a fee.
