Monthly Rentals in Dubuque

The place is unique and the location is great! House is clean and felt right at home, very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet with people. Very responsive with messages which is always a good thing. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend the place to others.

Ken was a fantastic host. Parking for the unit is not the easiest to find, but Ken left clear instructions on how to park, and then how to access the space. The apartment itself was great. Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Not sure when we'll be back in Dubuque, but we would definitely stay again!

Our stay here was amazing! 6 of us stayed here for a wedding and had plenty of space. We loved that the location was walkable but also had convenient parking. Joseph provided so many wonderful amenities and the place felt like home. We especially appreciated the nice steamer for us to get ready for the wedding after traveling. This may have been the Airbnb with the best amenities we have ever stayed at and would absolutely book again.
