Lovely Old Town Flat

This is a charming, characterful property, located in the old town next to the University of Edinburgh. It is an ideal location for the famous Edinburgh Festival, located a two minute walk from some of the main festival venues. It is also a great location for other times of year, having all the main tourist spots a short walk away. There are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars right on your doorstep, if its nice weather you might want to eat in the charming garden outside the back door.

This charming apartment is located in the historic Duddingston Village. Near Arthur’s seat and Duddingston Locke. Lots of beautiful walks and ‘The Sheip’s Heid,’ Edinburgh’s oldest pub is a 5 minute walk. There is a lot of public transport nearby and you can reach the city centre within 20 minutes. The property is on two floors and boasts a tv bed in the upstairs bedroom. Historic property with original fireplace. The property is situated in a private courtyard with great views.
