Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartment with a beautiful view

This sweet, sunny, comfortable, and very spacious apartment is placed between Split and Omiš. It is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. It is ideal for families with children or for couples. From the big comfortable terrace, you are looking at the beach. The big pebble beach is next to the apartment, only 50 metres away. You only have to cross the street. Along the entire coast in the direction of Omiš are many beautiful beaches.

Stone Beauty from 1467, cultural monument located in the historical core of Pučišća - one of the 15 most beautiful small towns in Europe. The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

Gemütliches Apartment in Strandnähe mit Meerblick

Verbringe deinen Urlaub im ruhigen und wunderschönen Ort Sumpetar (Jesenice). Der Ort liegt zwischen der Hafenstadt Split und Omiš, welche mit lokalen Bussen oder auch mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Der Kiesstrand (10 Minuten fußläufig) bietet ein klares Meer, mit Bars und Restaurants der dalmatinischen Küche. Auch ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und bereit euch als Gäste zu empfangen. Wir freuen uns auf euch.

Directly on the beach. This is our new listing, but in my profile you can see my old listing with hundreds of 5* reviews. Perfect place for any time of year and great location for explore the area. It is comfortable ap, new and adapted to modern guests, but has kept the charm of old fisherman s house. You can see the sea from your bed and fall asleep with the sound of waves. Few min walk to restaurants, shops and 15min bus or car drive to old town of Split.

Peacefull and beautiful sea view ap 2 !!Welcome!!

Mali Rat is beautifull and peacefull place with perfect sea view between Omiš 5km and Split 15km, with a 10 min walk from the beach. The appartment is surrounded with pine trees all around that creat great natural shadows. Perfect place for a good rest if you want to avoide noisy beaches and crowdy places. Near the appartment on the road is bus station that goes every 20min, from Omiš to Split and reverse. Best way to visit Split is by bus. Welcome!

Traditional Dalmatian house with panoramic view

This renovated authentic house with a heated pool is a part of old at the bottom of a hill above Jesenice on the Omis riviera. From here, there is an unforgettable view on the sea and islands. The holiday home comprises kitchen and living part with a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms with one more bathroom in the attic where the lowest ceiling height is ca. 120 cm.

Our lovely little house is situated in a olive grove. It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
