Unser Anwesen liegt zentral und strandnah in ruhiger Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Strand und Zentrum erreichen Sie in etwa 5 Gehminuten (ca. 700 m). Die Ferienwohnung im 1. OG des Apartmenthauses im Luv & Lee Duhnen bietet auf ca. 30 m² einen offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Die Wohnung eignet sich für bis zu 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Ein Reisebett stellen wir auf Anfrage gern bereit.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a dining area. The living room is the center of the approximately 50 m² apartment. An elongated balcony is part of the apartment. Linens/towels are not included in the price but can be booked for €17.50 per person. Feel free to bring your own bedding and towels. An additional €30 will be charged per four-legged friend.

Our bright 1-room apartment on the ground floor with balcony is perfect for singles. The living room consists of a box-spring bed, a small built-in wardrobe and a cozy seating area. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Our balconies are equipped with a privacy screen to the neighboring balcony and you can in a relaxed way. You are welcome to bring a dog.
