Monthly Rentals in Dumbo, Brooklyn

Ben was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. This space has everything you could ask for and more in a studio near Fort Greene. Private entrance and outdoor space. Plenty of room. Couldn’t recommend it enough and hopefully I’ll make a return trip someday.

Had a great time staying at Henry House. Classic Brooklyn brownstone street. Restaurants very close by and walkable distance to the subway. Highlights - walking down to water front (Pier 5) in the evening to view the Manhattan skyline, having great food at local bars, taking our dog to Cobble Hill Park to have a picnic. Property was well looked after and has a very classical and stylized interior that we loved. Apartment has small desk and is on the garden side of the house(quiet) , so makes working from home quite doable. Stable internet was appreciated. Kitchen is clean and functional. Bathroom likewise. Amanda, Alexis and Jay were very responsive and ensured we had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for the business or leisure traveler!

Shahram was a terrific host — friendly, responsive, helpful — and his home was lovely. He’s got a great sense of style, and all the necessary creature comforts (massive smart tv, Sonos in every area, inviting furniture, top notch kitchen accessories etc). Home and surrounding area are quiet, well-positioned a short stroll from loads of Dumbo markets, restaurants, F train, epic views of Manhattan. Office nook adds useful separation for 1-bedroom unit, and balcony set up adds easy outdoor access. Would highly recommend!

My time here was exactly what my pups and I needed. Relocating back to NYC, Red Hook was a great landing pad to get acclimated with layout of transportation. For us it was a place to rest and do laundry. The studio itself is very private and quiet and a great location in Red Hook- close-by some great restaurants and places to walk (great view of Lady Lib at Valentino Park). Carly is a great host and I was amused hearing the little feet running around in the morning. There was not much storage space though for clothing so I did purchase my own clothing rack and left it for future guests. Cool place to stay and made friends in the process!
