Absolutely loved my stay here! The unit was clean and felt very secure with two locked doors before entry. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything super easy. Plus, the location couldn’t be better! Right in the heart of everything. Highly recommend!

Comfortable short stay with easy check-in and check-out. Netflix and a couple of board and card games were thoughtful necessities that were provided. Clear instructions were helpful as well.

My stay at Svetlana and Vitaliy's cozy home was great! They were friendly, very quick to respond to my messages, and even shared their delicious baking with me. If I'm ever in Guelph again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, both, for a great stay!

Very functional and felt at home at the condo. Located close to all facilities like banks, gas station and grocery. Host was very supportive all through the stay. Definitely a come back place.

We had a 2 month stay at Luca’s apartment and it was perfect. The apartment was stunning, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the milk frothier for our coffee was a lovely bonus! Mike’s grocery store was about a 3 minute walk from the apartment and had everything we needed for a weekly food shop. There were lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, (Pai being one of our fav’s), and exploring out was never really more than a 10 minute Uber away as the location is very central. We did rent a car a few times, and there were multiple parking lots minutes away from the apartment building which was super handy. Joe and Luca were responsive throughout, and made our stay very comfortable.

This lovely, light- filled basement apartment was beautiful, airy and spacious. Everything was in perfect working order, and labeled for ease of use. Mary responded quickly to our questions, and even provided things such as extra coffee for our extended stay! The location was fabulous, and so close to Exhibition Park and a major bus line to downtown. My husband and I were able to easily walk to my daughter’s place located at the other end of the park. I can’t say enough about Mary’s hospitality! Easily one of our best Air B & B stays ever!

Areeba, Javed, and Shaista are wonderful hosts! They accommodated me and my son in the best way possible! Very spacious apartment. Everything was top notch and clean. The hosts were so sweet to take us out to dinner. Always going to come here when staying in Toronto. House is near many restaurants and it is centrally located between the airport and downtown! Highly recommended spot!!

Rhuland's place was exactly what we needed! We were attending an event nearby and it was perfect. So clean and comfortable! In a nice and quiet neighbourhood as well so if you want a place that isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to it to be convenient, this is the place for you.

This little apartment is adorable. Claw foot bathtub and older feel is very nice. Super comfy bed, nice couch and tv, and very easy access! Takes about 20 mins to walk to any restaurants but is a nice neighbourhood. I would stay here again.

Grace and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our stay. They were very attentive and quick to respond whenever I had a question. The space was clean, safe, and cozy—on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed. Having access to the washer and dryer in the main house was a big plus. The faux fireplace took a little figuring out, and there was one particularly chilly Saturday night where it didn’t seem to heat the space quite enough. That said, the extra blanket they provided made all the difference. The home itself has a very warm, inviting feel. I especially loved the two hammocks outside and the charming gazebo—it really added to the relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely planning to stay there again next time.

This is our second time staying at Jennifer and Kevin’s and as always they are formidable hosts. The place was spotless and if there was any issue they were both quick and easy to communicate it to have it solved. My partner and I plan to stay here again in our future Waterloo trips.

We booked late and last minute after we were unable to access our original booking at a dfferent Airbnb because the other property owner failed to provide a keypad code and could not be reached. I was travelling long distance alone with my 5 year old daughter and just needed somewhere to go quickly for the night after a long travel day. Jazmy accepted our booking at 11pm. So grateful. Kate's place is fantastic. It's exactly as described. It's one of the cleanest airbnb's we've stayed at in several years. In fact, it's one of those rare places where we felt we didn't need to wash all the dishes before using them. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was also very comfortable, and Kate was friendly, proactive and responsive.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Manuel’s home! Just a small hiccup at check in which was promptly resolved by the host. Other than that, the home is extremely comfortable and in a great location. We were either walking distance from our destination or walking distance to the ttc/trains. The bed is extremely comfortable, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Toronto.

It was my first time staying in an air bnb and Emelda’s place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed, everything was perfect. the place just felt like home. She’s very friendly, easy to communicate with and often checked on us if we needed anything, I recommend Emelda’s place to everyone looking to rent an air bnb in the area.

Majid’s apartment was as shown in the pictures. It’s walking distance to many shops and restaurants and Square One Mall. Majid provided extremely clear instructions on where to park and how to check in. The place was clean and worked perfectly for what we needed it for.

We stayed here for over a month and truly felt at home. Everything was high quality - from the well equipped kitchen to the modern bathroom and comfortable mattresses. The unit is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still just 15–20 minutes from downtown, which was perfect for us. The private little garden in the back was a lovely bonus, and having a separate garage made things even more convenient. Bouchra was a wonderful host - very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. When we mentioned we needed extra kitchen utensils and plates to make our long stay more comfortable, she went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. If we ever come back to Toronto, we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else!
