Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

We welcome you to our new family home. Located 2.7 km from the beach and 9min by bike from the fabulous Teste market, it is perfect for relaxing or practicing activities like cycling and water sports or many walks on the coastal trails. Wooden villa facing the sea - 4 to 6 people

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
