Peaceful Country Home with Walled Garden & Pool

Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Located on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of the village, our bright apartment offers a nice view of the central square. It consists of a comfortable living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with washing machine. For your comfort, linens and towels are provided. You will be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, local entertainment and castle — the perfect location to fully enjoy village life!

Deer and doe cabin

A fully wooden treehouse nestled in the natural surroundings, with a raised terrace and footbridge, will allow you to explore the park where deer live. For the €120 rate, sheets and towels are included in the rental for 4 people with breakfast. We offer evening meals served in the cabin for an additional €12 per person, excluding drinks. New heated spa available for an additional charge on top of the rental for the 6-person cabin.

House in downtown Duras

Small house in the center of town, the decoration of which has been freshly reviewed. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living/dining room area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped to accommodate a baby. The house also has a private garden of about 400 m2 with a terrace area where you can enjoy outdoor dining (barbecue available). A wide variety of shops are within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE: no internet

This passionately renovated stone house has all the charm of a cozy little cocoon. Located a stone's throw from the Château with exceptional views of the countryside, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with sofa bed that converts to a double bed and an equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed and Italian shower bathroom. Sheets and towels included, it's waiting just for you!

Cabane du Silon

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable accommodation for short or long stays. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games, go fishing or take a walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard). Breakfast and massages available. Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
