Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

This spacious apartment is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and very close to nature. Families with children, craftsmen or friends have enough space here. Large garden with terrace can be used. Free parking is available at the house, even large vehicles can park here easily. The A8 highway can be reached in 5 minutes and thus other places such as Esslingen, Stuttgart are easily accessible. Lidl is available on site 7 people can sleep on the sofa if needed, but it is not optimal

Wir vermieten unsere 2 1/2 Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand in Schopflenberg mit unverbauter Aussicht auf den Hohenstaufen. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.

It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
