What a great place - all the creature comforts for a relaxing nights stay. Proximity to the beach was spot on, bed was excpetionally comfortable, and the fireplace added the magic for the shack life we were looking for. Unfortunaly one night was just not enough, and will have to return to this piece of paradise another day.

Such a beautifully decorated beach shack! So homey with the best stocked kitchen. It was just like home. But the view is over the top! We loved watching the sunrise every morning and spending time walking the beach. This was our first stop in Tasmania and we were definitely spoiled. I can’t recommend it enough and it will be a must stop if we ever make it back to this side of the world.

The Stand Alone in Eaglehawk Neck, Tasmania, is a 5-star Airbnb treasure! Tucked in Lufra Cove, this cozy cabin merges rustic charm with luxury. The outdoor deep bath, nestled among trees, was magical for stargazing, while the wood stove and plush Belgian cushions inside kept us snug. The kitchenette was perfect, and the giant hammock added fun. Hosts Melinda and Simeon are exceptional, ensuring every detail was flawless, from the spotless space to the serene vibe. Their coffee van, Lufra Coffee, at the hilltop, was a highlight—serving incredible brews with stunning views. Steps from a tranquil beach and near the Tessellated Pavement, it’s ideal for exploring. This romantic nature retreat left us rejuvenated. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend
