It's a private room with 1.5 shared bathrooms. The house is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near I-5 and Highway 167. It is a two story house and the bedroom is upstairs and the full bathroom next door to the bedroom. There are near by playgrounds and ample shopping within 5-10 minutes by car. It is STREET PARKING ONLY. Park DIRECTLY in front of our house. Please do NOT park in the driveway and do NOT block the driveway. One vehicle maximum. NO MOTOR HOMES. NO TRAILERS.

Farm Apartment

Country calm with city convenience. Whether you're looking for a central location for your visit to greater Seattle or a quiet place to get away from it all, we've got you covered. Located on a 5 acre farm with a quarter mile private road and a 5.5 mile walking path just down the hill, you could spend days just enjoying the scenery and getting back to nature. As for convenience, you're a short drive from shopping, the airport, Seattle, Tacoma, Mt. Rainier and the Cascades.

"Wow, this is nice!" Is the reaction from family and friends seeing our Loft apartment for the first time. This loft has been our secret gem. It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.

Uber and Lyft are readily nearby and available. A grocery store and restaurants are within two miles. Super fun three bedroom-two bath daylight basement apartment with private entry & off-street parking.

A stay here includes a private room in a 2 bedroom condo. It has a full sized bed and a smart tv. You will share a bathroom with my 8 year old son and I. During your stay you’ll have a dedicated parking space in easy view from your window. Guests are welcome to do laundry and and may use the kitchen to store food and prepare light meals.
