It’s a private basement, quiet place. It stays comfy all year. It has separate entrance. There is converter which can be used as cooling and heating. Tea coffee supplies are available as complimentary. Water bottle & snack basket is their WiFi is available and you can enjoy Netflix YouTube. There is one queen bed in one room and one twin bed in other room so 3 people can comfortably sleep with their privacy. The place is 6 min close to LIRR by car. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.
