Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lienz District

We had wonderful stay at Chalet Seelenfrieden which is a unique place. The house is very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and fits perfectly into the surroundings. The sauna is a big advantage. Great location with walking trails, cross-country skiing trails and it’s around 15 minutes by car (or skibus) from The Großglockner ski resort in Matrei. We’ll be happy to come back.

We stayed in Carolin's wonderful house for the 2nd time and felt right at home. Watching the snowflakes while looking out of the warm house (surface heating=fantastic) through the floor-to-ceiling windows into this mini village... vacation at its best. Alpine skiers are in various ski resorts with a short drive. For cross-country skiing friends, the cross-country trail starts right outside the front door and leads through picturesque nature. Absolute tip for skiers of this bon viewer sport. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice outdoor space to sit outside for breafast, dinner. Easy access to beautiful hikes. The house is nothing fancy but very functional! Comfy beds!

Sarah's place was very neat and clean. We were seven, including a dog, and found comfortable space and felt completely comfortable. A small downside was the somewhat cumbersome closing of the door in the middle bathroom. We were particularly impressed by the opportunity to hike directly from the house into the mountains and enjoy the fantastic view. Overall it was a wonderful vacation – we will be happy to come back! Haus Even was exactly what we were looking for for our ski holidays. We were four families and stayed in both the large and the small apartment. The ski-bus was across the street that took us to the ski area and we could ski back down to the Haus at the end of the day. The kitchen has everything we needed, and was great for cooking together, or playing cards at the table in the evening. We really appreciated the rustic style of the house, as well as the modernisation of the bathrooms and the bedroom in the small apartment. The children played together on the raised area above the tiled stove in the living room, or made snow men and forts outside next to the house. Christine was a perfect host. She speaks German and English and was always quick to respond and hospitable, taking care of all of our needs. We have already reserved our next trip back!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! Everything was as described, the accommodation very cozy and the proximity to the slopes optimal for us! We will be happy to come back!

Extremely comfortable accommodation: The two rooms both have a shower and sink with the shared toilet. The large terrace is equipped with a table for outdoor dining, awning and sunbeds and sunbeds and supports to put clothes to dry in a place sheltered from the rain. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (but for Italians: moka is missing). TV in both rooms (very large one in the main room). No problem finding the listing with the address on AirBnB. Walburga is very nice and attentive: she speaks only German, but with the translation app we had no problem communicating. Matrei is in a beautiful place: from the terrace you can see the mountains and the castle. Great base for hiking or biking. We were able to leave the car in the relevant parking space. Absolutely recommended.

The cottage is located in a mountain above the village of Virgin, the fictional view is equipped with everything missing from the objects of a kitchen or even a bathroom. I was afraid of the place because it is insulated for you, the owner of the cottage dwells side by side is his wife and theirs until the grandfather is present. The place is sweet if you love to walk and the mountain rises views from the imagination. The city of Linz is a half an hour and a half away.

We felt super comfortable! Klara was always available and everything was as described. Towels were also available that were not listed in the ad. Clear recommendation!

Just perfect! We felt at home from the first second we were welcomed by Margit. Margit is the nicest, warmest and most hospitable landlady we have ever experienced. She spoiled us with a cake right away, the rest of the week we could continue to enjoy your excellent cooking skills. THANKS again for that! The apartment was clean, a top equipped kitchen, perfectly equipped with everything. Very nice modern high quality sauna! The apartment is a dream, we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

The apartment was as described, well equipped & very clean. From the balcony you have a really great view of the mountain panorama. The contact with Natalis was uncomplicated and friendly - in advance and on site. The surroundings offer a lot - but out of season is a lot closed, which you have to keep in mind - if you like to hike like us, you can still spend a great vacation and go some nice tours. In Matrei you can reach everything important on foot (supermarkets, shops, bakery, cafe, etc.). The connection with public transport is also quite good and even free with the guest card. In any case, we had a nice, relaxing time there and felt very comfortable.

It was a great vacation for us city plants. The Asslaber family was always helpful and caring, the apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and everything corresponded to the description. The location is excellent for hikes and excursions to the neighboring valleys. Thank you so much!

We had a great, very relaxing stay at Annette's place. It is lovingly furnished with lots of little details and you immediately feel comfortable. Annette even offered us to check out later without asking.

Very well located apartment in the locality of Matrei, the latter is very comfortable, clean and perfectly arranged in a brand new residence. Highlights: All amenities are present and operational (Laundry, dishwasher, Tv/Internet, Oven, MicroOnde, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms etc...) all based on quality and new products during our stay. The residence has covered parking and a very pleasant new swimming pool after a day of hiking. The residence manager was perfectly available to welcome us and answer our questions whether about the accommodation, the residence or Matrei. In short, family stay (2 adults and 2 children) perfect in this apartment; ideal base for the different summer activities we conducted around Matrei In Ostirol (hiking and rafting).

Very nice appartment in the mountains, view is what you need to relax in the evening with a bottle of beer.

A spacious and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building is quiet, providing peace for you to enjoy the beautiful view over Lienz and the surrounding mountains. Guido is a responsive host. I hope we have an opportunity to return.

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

The place is spotless and spacious. It lacks nothing and was well suited for our purpose - we came to Matrei for skiing. Helene and her daughter were extremely helpful and full of information. Can only recommend it.
