In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. What's included: bedding for two, two towels, cooking utensils, cooler, dining essentials, a camping table, and chairs. The van features a double bed and an outdoor shower with an 80L water tank.

Nearby small fishing villages such as Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Aljezur or Lagos are worth a visit.
