Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Our Casa is equipped with all modern comforts and yet we have placed great importance on preserving the charm and character of the typical, old, Portuguese house. The village of Budens is an excellent starting point for all activities in the South/West Algarve. You can quickly reach surfing beaches. It is a great starting point for excursions into the hinterland.

Casita da Piscina is a rustic retreat in a quiet area, close to the wonderful landscape of the Costa Vicentina, full of beautiful beaches. Casita has a small bedroom with toilet and shower and a living room with a sofa with a fully equipped kitchenette. Outside there is a private area with a barbecue and a (shared) swimming pool. "A Casinha Torta" is located in the oldest part of the village of Raposeira. The walls that survived the 1755 earthquake were preserved and renovated with soul and dedication in a rustic style. During the renovation we found a doorbell from the 12th-14th century, which makes the history of this little house even more interesting. The beaches of both the south and west coasts are 5 km away. There is the possibility to accommodate 2 more people 5 meters from your house.

Welcome to Quinta Kakelbont, the magic of this place lies in its serenity. The gorgeous countryside has such an calming effect. And I am very happy with the result of the renovation. I turned the house and cottage in a high quality property, although still retaining its charm. The cottage is situated on the side of the main house.
