This is a semi-detached house next to the main house (formerly a block) that we renovated in 2015 with great enthusiasm and desire for you to enjoy it. Overlooking Santander Bay (considered one of the 10 most beautiful bays in the world) and Picos de Europa. Also on this same property we built 4 one-bedroom apartments in September 2025. It is located in the center of Pedreña. It has a small beach ideal for families and without crowds.
