I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as is usually the case at the reception) upon arrival immediately move into the room, in which the heating-air conditioner and boiler with hot water are already turned on. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: the sea, the promenade, the lake and the "singing" fountains with night lighting

The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal.
