Exceptional apartment and Host. It became my home sweet home in Košice.

We had a great time staying at filip’s place. Its in the middle of a friendly street, and only 15 minutes walk to the center and the walk near the sea is beautiful. There is a beautiful balcony with a great view. And before our stay filip helped us with recommendations, and his father greeted us to the place. We like herceg novi very much and like to stay there.

Beautiful apartments in great location. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean - great showers - and well stocked kitchens. The key pick up was from a different building 5 mins walk away. It was a very smooth process, but it wasn’t something we anticipated. Lovely and warm despite the cold outside.

This was the second time I stayed at an apartment of Christiana and Marius and I enjoyed again an excellent time at this beautiful place! The apartment is spacious, very bright, very clean and super comfortable with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. I really liked the beautiful layout and design of the flat and the nice furniture combining modern design and unique pieces! The location of the flat is also very convenient, close to the Westbahnhof train station and with easy access to the city centre. The neighbourhood is very nice and trendy with many nice shops and cafés. Christiana and Marius are wonderful hosts, very friendly and super responsive. I 100% recommend this apartment and hope to be able to stay again with Christiana and Marius on my next trip to Vienna!

Excellent place to stay, perfect location as everything is an easy walkable distance. Great communication from host and easy to check in and out. We were flying back much later than checkout and the doorman let us store luggage in the storage room as well. Would recommend!

Excellent location and facilities. Great quiet area, close to all major tourist spots.

The place was very authentic with high ceilings and ceiling windows, the lighting of the apartment was also pretty nice. The location was great, just a few minute walking distance to Freedom Square from where you can basically go anywhere in Tbilisi. The place was well-heated. Levan answered all our questions very quickly and checked if we needed anything during our stay. I can easily say that if i visit Tbilisi again, I’d love to stay here, no hesitations!

We had a lovely stay in Federica’s and Ric’s apartment and would definitely recommend it to other people. It’s located in a very vibrant area of central Rome and all the major attractions are very walkable. The apartment itself was a lovely haven and felt safe and secure. Federica and Ric provided some lovely welcome treats for us on arrival and were very helpful with recommendations during our stay, we are looking forward to going back at some point in the not too distant future….

We can only give the very best recommendation for this apartment. It is placed in walking distance to everything and is both roomy and cosy. We felt at home right away, the beds are comfortable - we slept very well in them. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large well furnished common areas and the elevator works fine. Good restaurants nearby serving local dishes. All kinds of transport also nearby. And the communication with the owner is very good.

Wonderful host and a lovely place to stay! We had a great weekend in Žygimantas place. The flat is located close to city center, there is a grocery shop 5min away, bus stop is also very close to the house. The host itself was very responsive, friendly and kind.

Convenient place to stay, host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do as well as transport options. Apartment was walking distance from most attractions and had everything that one could need.

Great easy stay for a few days.

Nice and cosy place with comfortable bed. You need to have your own netflix account. There was no tv programs but you can share your laptop screen to tv. There is a very good bakery on first floor. So don’t bother yourself with making your breakfast. Reccomend.

It was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this lodging if you are planning to stay in Vilnius.

Wow what a fantastic place to stay, amazing location, gorgeous apartment, easy to access and what a lovely host. I can’t think of one thing I was unhappy with here!! Gaszton was super friendly, responsive and helpful during my stay, responding to my questions quickly and efficiently. Him and his wife really have done a great job with this place and you will feel right at home, we spent 3 of our 4 nights staying in in front of the TV we just loved it so much!! Very easy access and walking distance to tons of local amenities. Very quiet and peaceful area too. The price is more than fair for what you get here, I would recommend this to anyone!! Not to forget the amazing bathroom with awesome shower! Really luxurious place and would love to stay here again! Thank you guys!

We were completely in love with the room! The balcony is simply incredible, with an amazing view that you can't take your eyes off. The hostess was always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

Nana is a good host, and a cute little house. The bathroom , kitchen is clean and convenient . Would recommend .

An incredible opportunity -for that price it's a bargain- situated on the hill overlooking the river and the forest, it's views are breathtaking, and is surrounded by many nice cafes and restaurants nearby while still maintaining a sense of peace and quiet, which is extraordinary by itself.. The trails leading to the hill in the back of the apartment are also a nice opportunity for nature lovers who dont want to go too deep in the woods, very beautiful short hike uphill. The host very responsive and friendly, even gave me advice on very particular places that I want to go while on vacation, Like libraries to get some studying done. 10 outta 10 would go there again

We had everything we need. Home was clean, middle of everything. We will come back for sure.

This is not the first time I have stayed in this studio. Beautiful view, so even in bad weather you won't miss the sea :) Sunsets show too! Near the house there is all important transport, you can easily go to the airport, Sapri, Gonio, Botanical Garden for 30 tetri (0.3 GEL). Electric heater, water goes immediately hot, the pressure is always good. In cold season, there is enough air conditioning and a heater for heating. There is a small electric clothes dryer – convenient in a humid climate. Cleanliness at check-in is always perfect, thank you!

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

Wonderful place and very welcoming family. We felt peaceful and right at home. I wish we could stay longer there. The hosts invited us for a goodbye cafe and we had a nice end of our stay. I definitely recommend for anyone to stay there. Thank you! 🙏
