Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Walk 10' to Naplavka, the most fashionable promenade along the river. Size 11x3,2 m. The whole ground floor has heated floor.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
