This was such an adorable unplugged retreat. From the top of the hill you couldn’t see another living soul. It was so peaceful and quiet and beautiful. Watched the sunset and sunrise. Very responsive and the place was very clean and comfortable temperature.

Perfect stay at a perfect place. The house was spotless and exactly what I was looking for. The bed was really comfortable and smart tv’s were in every room. Will absolutely be staying here again! Great experience all together.

This little house in Sumter, SC. is probably the best Airbnb I have ever visited and I have stayed in many, both here in the USA, and abroad. It is special because it has a beautiful pond with a dock in the back, lots of trees, and a field in front. The best part is a delightful room in the back of the house which overlooks the pond. I call it "the deck room" because there is a small living room inside but this room feels like an outside deck. It has three walls that are made of panels of glass. It is heated in winter and air conditioned in summer. There is also a front porch with glider chairs. The house is tastefully decorated and has comfortable furniture and beds. There is a kitchen with pots, pans and dinnerware. You can eat inside in the dining area or out in "the deck room". The house is located in town but there are big ares of opened space. There are three other houses in the immediate area but you can't see them from the house which gives a sense of privacy.

Great place for a quiet few days. David and Robin are great host and this is a perfect place to stay for a fishing trip out of Packs Landing which is only 5 minutes away.
