This modern apartment is located directly on the seafront. From the living room you can enjoy the romantic sunset from the terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a soundproof window and a shutter for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. The study is an excellent place for working. The old town offers charming narrow streets, historical monuments and restaurants. The harbour and beaches are a few minutes walk away, the airport is 10 km away.

Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Sassari, Porto Torres and Castelsardo are reachable within 20 minutes. Sorso also has a train station, which is an 8-minute walk away.
