Monthly Rentals in Edgewater Gulf Beach

This is best vacation spot I've ever been to with our family. The shimmering white sandy beach that seems to go on forever! Literally, you could stay here without leaving the resort. The kids loved the movie night and other music/entertainment. The fountain drink/Tea unlimited refills for $29.99 was well worth it. Erica was an amazing host and answered any questions we had. T-1 #204 was clean with beautiful views of lagoon pool and beach! There is a twin mattress under one of queen beds that our 6 year old loved sleeping on so that worked out perfectly for our family of 6. We did take our own toiletries, laundry soap and dish tablets but they have a little shop downstairs if you run out of ones provided in condo. We did run out of trash bags and shop at resort didn’t have any so I used the little ones I brought. Make this your next destination when you come to PCB, I promise you'll be impressed!

DeAnna’s condo at Edgewater Beach Resort is beautifully done and in a perfect location being within 2 miles down from Pier Park. Being on the 2nd floor it provided a gorgeous Gulfview from the patio and living room and the condo is conveniently close to the elevator, below us was also one of the resorts heated pool and hot tub. Deanna was very responsive and when I mentioned to her that two of her patio chairs were pretty worn she apologized for that and the next day or so we had 2 chairs delivered to replace them. I highly recommend renting from DeAnna, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

Thanks for a great stay!! The condo is beautiful and well kept, just as shown in the photos. Kitchen has everything you need for meals and there were many thoughtful extras (hello air fryer for leftovers!). There were also several beach chairs in the master closet which was a bonus we were able to make use out of. Everything was cozy and the views as beautiful as ever for sunset and watching the dolphins play!

Great amenities and clear instructions. Would definitely stay again!
