Arriving from Waverley Train Station and walking to the house is relatively easy. There is a tram stop at York Place at the top of Broughton Street with a direct connection to the Airport. There are also local buses available nearby. Payment parking right outside property Monday to Friday daytime (£2.20 per hour) Otherwise free Free day time parking located nearby around 0.5 mile away

Lovely double bedroom in cosy shared cottage flat

Relax in this cosy ground floor cottage flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is a garden and shared patio with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Garden in full bloom atm! Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are nearby. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

Charming suite 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults.

Our hotel is located in a peaceful area of the New Town but close to all tourist attractions Room 7 on the lower ground floor is our largest room and has a double bedroom and a separate lounge with sofa bed that sleeps two children. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults maximum with one sleeping in the sofa bed This charming suite has a shower and bath, fridge, high speed wi-fi/streaming TV and access to a rear courtyard. **We also have the added benefit of early luggage drop off from 10am*

Comfy room in quiet and convenient area

Quiet place close to Edinburgh in a very convenient location, very near the city centre but in local and quiet neighbourhood. You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay. The bed can be arranged as a single or double room, according to the number of guests.
