It is situated on the third floor and on one side has superb views of the Edinburgh landscape such as Calton Hill with its eclectic collection of monuments, on the other the Royal Mile itself - a great place to watch the pageantry at Festival time.

The master contains a king sized bed and modern ensuite with walk in shower. The other has a standard double bed and dressing area. We also have a small double sofa bed for occasional use.

My parents who live next door are available for tips on Edinburgh, or we can leave you in peace if you prefer!
