The Chaika is a lovely house on a secluded lot at the end of a street with no other house adjacent and no thru traffic. Beautiful live oak in front gives a nice view out the glassed-in porch. Only a short 5-minute walk to the beach on a rarely-used sandy drive. 5-minute drive to St. Helena sound for calmer waters and great beach combing. Chaika means "seagull" in Russian - read the owner bio for info on why that name. A great house for families and friends to connect! And we are pet friendly.

This three bedroom home with its open lofty living area and spacious master suite is the perfect family retreat. This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Boat parking available on site.

Otter Escape is perfectly located on a quiet cul-de-sac only 450 steps from the beach. Our home is spacious inside and out. Main floor master has a king bed, master bath with shower and soaking tub. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lulling sounds of the ocean while deer watching on both the front and back decks.

Our cute and quaint family condo is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the view from the deck off the living room. Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

“Tiny house” nestled on beautiful farm

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks just opened! SLEEPS EIGHT. Check the calendar! Small pets allowed with fee. 3BR+Loft / 2.5 Bath -one block from our lovely beach access. The Rooney Bin has a spacious floor plan to all the extras that will make a lovely reminder that you are at the beach. There is a picnic area under the house with a picnic table, fan, rocking chairs and two swings to enjoy. Minimum age for renter: 25 ALL LINENS INCLUDED.
