Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Through an extensive hallway you reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen-living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you reach a large south-facing balcony .
