I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Private car park A20 is 10 minutes away and the train station is a 1 km walk.

In the heart of nature, our cottage is located on the border of Indre and Creuse with a Wi-Fi connection (Orange box/4G network). Nearest train stations: CHÂTEAUROUX or GUÉRET. On the ground floor, accessible to anyone with reduced mobility: equipped fitted kitchen open to a 60 m² living room, dining room equipped with a stove, living room with 1 sofa + 1 sofa bed for 2 people, bedroom for 2 people (160 cm bed), toilet, bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink), laundry room.

In this quiet and friendly place, with family or friends, you can enjoy the many hikes, as well as the charm of the landscapes of Fresselines where water holds a prominent place and which has seduced landscape painters since the end of the 19th century.

In the center of France, south of Berry, this house was restored in 2018. The Val de Creuse gîte is located in a small village in the countryside and allows you to fully enjoy the tourist riches of the Creuse Valley and Lake Éguzon. Available free of charge: Wi-Fi, baby equipment, fans and garden furniture, barbecue. Wooded garden with parking. Opposite the cottage, there is a salle des fetes (140 people). 15 km from the A20 (exit no. 20)
