Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The apartment is located in a quiet outskirts of Flaurling in the middle of the countryside. Garden use (table, chairs, sunbathing lawn, basketball hoop, soccer goal) in the area of the guest apartment. Free parking is available in front of the house. The village of Telfs with a climbing center, year-round ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna is only about 4 km away. The nearest ski resorts and the state capital of Innsbruck can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. From the 3rd day free (or discounted) mountain railways, swimming pools, museums, etc. It is best to send the full name, date of birth, home address and passport number of each person by message when booking, then I can prepare the guest card and leave it in the apartment.

My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.

The apartment offers 35 sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
