Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

You have access to a living room / kitchen, a private bathroom, a bedroom and on the outside 2 porches (on the south and west side) with garden chairs. The porch on the west side has terrace heating. The terrace on the south side has a fireplace.

This apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Eindhoven, there is plenty of space, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a private entrance from the street. Paid parking is available in front of the door, and there is free parking within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very spacious and built around a patio, so there is plenty of daylight.
