A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The apartment is quietly located in a side street, but still centrally located – tram, cafes and shopping are within a few minutes' reach. The nearby Hasenhügel invites you to relax on summer evenings: perfect for a picnic with a view of the Pauluskirche. The apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort and is ideal for city travellers, couples or solo travellers.

Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you.
