Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

If you come to Madrid or the surrounding area, this is an excellent loft, 70 square meters, with access to the independent house. Spacious and modern.
