CASUEÑA is a lovely villa with a private pool, heated with saltwater chlorination all year round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-hob cooker and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch, which will be the focal point of activity at the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

Located between Mijas and Fuengirola, only 25 minutes away from Malaga airport. The Garden House offers full privacy with terrace, garden and barbecue facilitied. Lots of activities such as hiking, cycling and golfing in the surroundings. The house has a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and an oven, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 fully renovated bathrooms. There is a communal swimming pool at 10 minutes walking distance. Only 800m from the beach.

The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

Our villa is centrally located in El Faro (Mijas Costa), between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. 500 metres to the beach and 200 metres to nearest supermarket. The nearest beach can boast with restaurant and two beach bars. Within 600 metres walk you have at least 10 restaurants to go to, so there is an abundance of choices if you to not want to go to Fuengirola or La Cala, but just want to stay at home. It is centrally placed in an area with many villas in El Faro.
