It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, 09/15 No🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with summer salon. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
