Apartment a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view of the Red Mountain of La Tejita. The apartment has a terrace, a bathroom with a tub, an equipped kitchen (without an oven), and an interior bedroom with a double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. A few meters away is the shopping center, which has restaurants, shops and leisure activities. And an extensive park to walk, play soccer or basketball. A very quiet place to spend a few days relaxing.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Great views, the beach is very close and the accommodation has a communal pool and an elevator. It is close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and you can enjoy family activities. Perfect for athletes, there is an area for windsurfing, surfing, walking, rest and leisure time. My accommodation is perfect for couples, adventure seekers, athletes, business travelers and families (with children).

It has a fully equipped bathroom, 1 bedroom, a modern open concept that joins the kitchen and living room, a fairly spacious interior patio, and a small and cozy balcony.
