This place was a home run for our family vacation! Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, amazing views and amenities, good location, safe and tranquilo. Host was very helpful accommodating arrangements for my elderly mother, and I really appreciated that. Clear and quick communication. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others thinking about it!

The surrounding nature is stunning, the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the area feels very safe. Our stay at this Airbnb listing was enjoyable overall. The space was clean and provided a variety of amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and even a private playground, which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the wide offer and spent pleasant hours in the various facilities. However, we would have liked a more friendly welcome from the check-in agent. His appearance was a bit distant, which clouded the first impression a little. Another point is that the location during the week is very quiet, which is relaxing, but also means that the food is limited. During our stay we had to drive a little further to find restaurants that were open. Nevertheless, it was a successful stay, and we would like to continue this place due to the great amenities

The apartment is very comfortable and well organized. Excellent option for 4 people (and 5 if someone sleeps on the sofa bed). The development has a decent pool and easy access to the beach (I recommend bringing your own parasol). It also seems to be a very safe development (they are quite strict with the visits). Ivonne is an excellent host and is always aware of any needs that may arise. If I recommend it.

Excellent service from Mr. Luis and his staff, it is very conveniently located and you can even walk to the shopping mall and several areas. It has a laundry area which is a plus, and additional good general air conditioning. Recommended if you want to spend a few pleasant days in Manta.

Excellent place, would come back a thousand times. It is very practical to have the sea and the pool so close. My only recommendation would be to implement a microwave , otherwise 10/10.

We loved our stay at Leonardo's place. Air conditioning in all the rooms was a huge plus. He let us check in early and leave late. EXCELLENT commission, great location. Beds were very firm, which we liked. Incredibly safe location with 24 hour security. $5 and 10 minute taxi ride into Manta. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing if you want to relax and see wildlife. So many birds, marine life and whales. House was your typical beach house, but not with many neighbors. David was awesome and even brought us dinner and breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Wow! Amazing! This home is at a great spot. Everyone was very lovely and helpful to the host to the concierge- Ignacio. Quick access to the pool and beach. The home was clean and Eva was available as needed. Truly paradise!
