The best & most valued Beachhouse in Mar Menor , with everything you need for your holidays near the beach in a modern, renovated, clean & well-kept home. There are several shops, restaurants, bars, leisure areas & the beach just a few meters away, which allows you to do everything on foot. Free parking area. The house has SE orientation and has sun almost all day long. The large terrace allows refreshing moments in the evening, but in an intimate way. AC/CC and fans in all rooms.

Amazing home , near beach

House on the lovely beach. 80 meters from the sea. It overlooks a wooded square with very nice grass. In the center of the city with shops 50 meters away: supermarket, pharmacy, doctors .... With splendid hiking trails. You can perform sports such as sailing and diving It has two bedrooms, an American kitchen with all the comforts, and a front patio full of sun all year round. All people are welcome, but you can not make parties, and not be noisy. wifi on demand

Located 100 meters walk from the beach of La Mata of fine sand, with garage, terrace , and with very good orientation- very sunny, close to all services (restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, health center, children's fair almost all year)all on foot, very quiet area, and a natural park 200 meters walk to make bike route or walk (bike rental 5 minutes walk)...and with good combinations every 20 minutes) by bus to Torrevieja, and to Alicante every hour.

VT-487753-A Relax in my small, cozy and quiet Bungalow, with a large 15 m2 front terrace with garden. On a private street, without traffic. Ideal for couples and families with children (2 Max) NO PETS for hygiene reasons. It has a double bed, an extra single bed, a sofa bed, and a folding crib. Located 4 minutes from the beach, with cafes and restaurants, 6 minutes from the Pola-Park Amusement Park and the Salt Museum, and 15 minutes from the port's leisure area.
