A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 150cm bed (memory foam mattress), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (135cm memory foam mattress), private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and private terrace. A 10-minute drive to Puerto Banus and 5 minutes to the beach, a large living room with an integrated kitchen, everything you need, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, with a porch exit to the three spaces. Space for a washer and dryer, porch and 70 m garden with access to the community pool of the development.
