Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown--within walking distance. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy kitchen, fully stocked for preparing food. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. You'll love the access to an urban trail (Monument Valley), comfy queen bed, & coffee. A coffee shop and breakfast place are within walking distance.

Located just a few minute walk from section 16 trail head on one side and Bear Creek Regional Park on the other. Built in 1899 this is one of only 22 homes in Bear Creek Canyon. Amazing balcony overlooking Main Street, with beautiful views of Downtown Manitou. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Private parking for 1 regular size vehicle ( oversized vehicles will not fit) Very Steep stairs to enter Loft, if you have trouble with stairs this isn't the place for you.
