The Hobbit Hole is a TINY (~100 SF) studio apartment with LOW CEILINGS and a double bed. It’s located in the heart of Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak, a short walk from Miramont Castle, the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, numerous hiking trails, several naturally effervescent mineral springs, and many shops & restaurants. The Hobbit Hole has room for 1-2 hobbits and 1 small-medium vehicle. Large trucks and SUVs may not fit. Approved by Manitou Springs under MiCUP 1907.

As such, it's still an ongoing work in progress and so not quite as picturesque as the finished homes you may see on TV, but it's still fully functional, cozy, and homey.
