The apartment is a real tip It has a lot of light from east and west, so it's always bright, but not hot at noon. If necessary, good air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms (2 single and one can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are many towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. From the balcony you can see the beach and to Valencia (18 km). The 4 km to Perelló we often went to the beach. (Tip: The shops were open there on Sunday mornings.) To the bus stop 2 min, bus goes to Valencia and Perelló. Parking in the yard in the shade. Elena and her husband were waiting for us in the apartment, the communication was always nice and very good. At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

The view of the sea is wonderful. The morning sun opens right in front of the balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the time there and we had the beach almost to ourselves. However, the village of El Perello itself is still not very busy in April and consists almost entirely of new buildings. The communication with Noelia was awesome - she takes great care of the well-being of her guests. The bus stop (line 25 to Valencia Porta de la Mar) is about ten minutes walk.
