The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4) and a separate guest house with 2 additional sleeping places – ideal for friends or family who want a bit more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are a 15-minute drive away.

This completely renovated apartment combines authentic Spanish charm with a relaxed Ibiza atmosphere. The modern kitchen and bathroom provide comfort, while the two cosy bedrooms offer peace and privacy. The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with a/c warm/cold. Guests can use two communal swimming pools with panoramic views. The apartment is accessible via stairs from the road and is therefore less suitable for guests with mobility problems.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
